Je suis vraiment satisfaite des produits de voilà, toujours très frais et en bonne état. Si il y a un problème tout se résout très rapidement avec eux. Les livreurs sont excellents, polis, gentils, efficaces et jamais en retard. Merci Voilà!
Poor customer service
Folks, be very cautious with this company. I signed up for a a yearly delivery pass for $100 + tax, got a couple of deliveries, then they disabled my account without notice or explanation, but didn’t cancel/refund my delivery pass. I had to call customer service and only ended up getting a partial refund. I’ve been a loyal customer of Sobeys and Farm Boy for years. They broke this loyalty. Be very weary is my advice.

Some design problems
Some design problems, not meeting customer need, and some execution problems around hand-offs to e.g. webpages for re-login, with failed coding for some aspects of security measures. Overall, gets the job done if you can stay patient with a certain lazy clumsiness in the backwater parts of the app.

I’m finding that more and more frequently the items I order regularly are not available.
