Добрый день. Что делать, если приложение не пускает без подписки? Когда попытался оплатить подписку, вылезает ошибка о том, что подписка не может быть завершена. Подскажите пожалуйста, что делать?

I love singing and I wanted to use autotune and downloaded this app but it needed money and I just think having to pay money for autotune is not for me

I clicked on the three day free trial and it took $79 from me. do not use this app! they took a year subscription. I don’t think I’m getting my money back. And I’m still not using this app.
Terrible Scam
The catch was that I could get a 3 day free trial without a charge to my account, instead it was fake advertising. It charged me $80 for a full year, and I would like a refund. What a joke of an app and company, please give me my money back, I’m not using this app after getting scammed.

App doesn’t adjust your pitch at all and leaves your notes sounding so off it’s crazy. Unfortunately I forgot I had did the three day trial and then was charged almost $60USD. How the hell would this even be worth that if you can’t even tune your voice to sound the right pitch. No key changes for the auto tune? That’s insane, I wish I could get a refund as I didn’t even intend on buying this and on top even if I did want to buy it, it’s literally useless. Please do better!!! Like literally right now go adjust your app to where we adjust the keys and pitch so when we record, the notes aren’t so off from what I’m actually singing.
