my step dad bought me this for Christmas and I found this app it was very cool and I loved it until one day he wanted to use it I said okay he goes on a ride turns it off and since he was far away I couldn’t turn it back on so I decided to delete the app it took me 6 hours to try to log into my account it didn’t work at all I am very upset with this app and I can’t unbind it ethier!! Please fix it

Takes to also only goes 15 miles a hour .. only goes 4 miles on full charge..dies lets then 12 minutes..I wish I could return it ..oh came inbox with a flat tire .

I tried binding it with my phone it worked but I deleted a email and wanted to do it with another email but it shows account deleted or deactivated and now it’s stuck in P

This app is honestly terrible. I can’t make an account, the app is very laggy, the website freezes every time i attempt to register. Terrible.

Me personally I’ve enjoyed the app and be able to limit the max speed to 15 mph instead of 18 so that I don’t freak out and crash in the sidewalk

This software will mot allow account creation and login. The error message “Network Error” comes up. We have tried creating several accounts on several iOS devices.

I binder this app with my scooter. I decided I no longer wanted it connected to my phone. I went through the process of unbinding it . It deleted my account information and stated that it would also unbind my scooter. Once the process was completed the process, the scooter locked up on the “P” position. I cannot get back in to unlock it because, it says that my account does not exist. The app did not delete the data on my scooter and I have not figured how to get my scooter unlocked.

Do not get this app!
So in the app it is so annoying since it always says “No connection” even though the wifi is perfectly fine which is stupid since you need to login for basically everything.
