Just always behind on stuff being taken out and when you transfer money from one account to other it sometimes doesn’t do it or takes a day for it to go in that that’s from my account to my account

Slow, often fails to update linked accounts. Basically a time consuming, value destroying piece of garbage.

I don’t like the fact that almos every time I try to log on with my iPad, that I have registered many times, I have to have a code sent.
Loading time is bad
This app takes way too long to load. You have to go in and out of it so many times just to get into it.

if it ain’t broke don’t fix it
this app is not better compared to the original, it’s actually much worse. I’ve had so many issues with the transfer and with this bank in general. also can’t use Apple Pay with the new cards or app anymore. not really sure what the thought process was behind the switch, I’m starting to think there wasn’t one. if you’re considering this bank, don’t.

I find it harder to use and sometimes it will not open Bill Pay. I don’t like the extra click to find out who payment went to. Not very user friendly.

I really like the new Volunteer Bank app. Tons of info and it’s easy to navigate.
