this app is not working. Every time I try to open it I get this message. and on this the whole application does not load further.

I swear that the IT folks at Volvo rely too much on their interns. This app is indicative of almost every piece of non-car tech Volvo has. Your websites (for current customers) are terrible, non-intuitive, and just downright broken. You do a horrible job developing sites specific to folks in the USA. Just try harder.
