No luck

I tried several times to fill in the VIN number in order to register my vehicle- to no avail. The app kept telling me that it was not a valid number. That was the first step to start using the app and I couldn’t get past it.

Great cars but the mobile app and in-car interface are not at all easy or simple to setup.

I don’t know if I like this app

I am really unable to rate this app, when I try to open and select my country with the drop down, the list is shaded in such a way that it is unreadable. Changing setting and backlight does not help. Can you assist?

Update made manual useless

Just downloaded the latest update and now the manual doesn’t work. The options are too dark to see anything. I just want instructions on turning off the auto windshield wipers but I can’t access anything. So frustrating!!
