Looks nice but rarely works.
The app is polished and the buttons responsive but it locking/unlocking, climate controls and other functions rarely work in the car after being selected in the app.
Very Useful App - Please Keep Improving
On the whole this app has improved markedly over the last few years. Whilst quite startling at first the ‘new design’ provides a glanceable front screen with custom car orientation pictures which is a nice touch.
Recent updates have focused on bug fixes and these are quite noticeable when charging, or updating car settings. The link between the app, servers and car has become a lot more stable. However there is always more to do.
When doing these updates please don’t solely focus on your latest and greatest cars. Your legacy users, Sensus or Google based, deserve recognition and updates.
EV Feature Requests:
1)
Please add a Charging Sessions tab that allows review of all previous charging sessions.
This should provide onboard ‘charging curves’ with annotations that could include but not limited to:
Limiting factor
(Charging Station or Car)
Charging Time
Filter for DC or AC sessions
Graphs for more statistics.
2)
Add an ‘in depth service mode’ that provides detailed information about the vehicle and battery. This could focus on basic static data such as capacity and chemistry but ideally also battery health.
3)
When using Smart Charging.
Can you please add an indication of when the car will likely start charging?
This information is displayed on the Dashboard but does not come through to the app. This kind of information is provided by the OVO Charge Anytime app so would be available from OVO.
4)
Improve your feedback tab so that it accepts screenshots. This will be a faster way to receive customer feedback and bug reports.

Great EV App For EX30 ⚡️🤙🏻
Have been using since May 2026. Great for keeping an eye on charge rate plus vehicle particulars. Good for unlocking EX if needed as well.
