Impossible to sign in. Change password is also not working. There is no place to get help with.
Great New Version
The new release is an enhancement again for us here - excellent for me to pay my monthly rent online and more events and rewards to interact with.
App is glitchy, useless
This is a real review from a real tenant: The app is glitchy and cannot open content even when connected to a 100Mbps internet on an iPhone 15 Pro. Generally, the Vonder team is helpful only during the contract signing process; afterward, you will never receive any help or support. They ignore emails and do not allow the “emergency maintenance team” to assist.
