it crashes when i try to log in… cannot rate it as ive never been able to use it!
Total disaster app, avoid and use the web site instead
I booked a trip on the web before downloading the app. I tried to check to see if I could change my seat in the app the night before and as on as I hit modify - my ticket was cancelled! So I immediately tried to rebook and couldn’t because after picking a 1 way trip with 1 passenger it insisted I choose seats for two passengers and for a return trip! What a mess.
I went and took care of it on the web site (which works fine). VL, you should just kill this app and get one that works. Riders, it’s a great service, just don’t ever use this app.

Poor, frustrating app
This transportation service is excellent, a great alternative to driving or flying Houston to Dallas. When I read the app reviews, I couldn’t believe it could be so bad. Until I tried to book a trip. Three times. So frustrating. Instead of going through a litany of what didn’t work, I’ll just say, just about nothing worked. I went to the website on my laptop and booked from there. Much better experience. Save yourself the time and mental anguish and don’t use the app.

Great service, awful app
Amazing service and I use it all the time. That said, your app - specifically logging into it - is straight awful. You need to get this fixed so I can actually log into it. It’s been this way for months and makes the app non functional.

What’s the difference btwn this app and the mobile site? I can’t tell any difference. Would also be nice to add/sync trip details to my calendar.
Weak
This app freezes way too often. It is not interactive. You put all the necessary trip details in and it still pulls up every time slot offered and not the ones that are available so you have to scroll through each one. It’s very elementary.
Terrible
It’s a mediocre website in an app container. Zero interaction design, lag, multiple screens you get stuck and can’t navigate back because of poor design, etc. I’d book on their website 10/10. It immediately creates a negative taste in your mouth which is a shame because the actual bus experience is so lovely. I’m really curious who Vonlane tested this app and was like “ya, this looks great let’s release it”.

Please fix the app or the mobile website
I was able to book, but now I can’t login. Almost thought I got scammed. Please update this app it will make your services go a long way. It will establish trust between you and your new customers. Best of luck!

Very Poor
This is not a real app, unfortunately the developers just stuck a very limited mobile website inside of an app container. They really need to build a ground up native app if they want it to be easy to use and match the perceived value of their service. This app feels like it belongs to a much cheaper service.
