My first time using the app, and ordered on line delivery! It was great! Wonderful sales, easy to navigate, and I saved so much!! I’ll definitely be doing this often!!

Awful update
What were you thinking ? Cannot find anything on app since last update . Super confusing to navigate . Vons prices expensive as it is so if I have to spend 15 minutes trying to navigate this app I will just cancel . Very disappointing

The Von’s app
I have the Von’s app, but it will not come up with the other apps when I open my phone
Hard to navigate
I hope they can change to like Stater Bros. Theirs is super easy. At checkout you just put your phone number at time of purchase . As long as you have your phone number plugged in as a member. Please change yours
Horrible
Every time they mess with this app to make it "more efficient" all they do is make 10xs slower! Now it won't even load.

The app needs to have more product pictures and better display of the product.

John has great customer service. I needed some help and he was busy but he immediately stopped and helped me with a smile! I said thank you and he said your very welcome and thank you for coming to Vons. He genuinely looked like he enjoys his job.

I have shopped in various stores throughout Southern California and overall I have NO complaints if there’s a problem I come back with the product and it’s handled exactly the way it is supposed to be done WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FIRST AND FOREMOST 👍🏽‼️

Vons has 101 methods to promote sales and discounts. Perhaps consolidate to one or two?
So much better than Ralphs
Used to shop at Ralph’s but more and more it seemed like everything in the store is $5 or more. Also, when I went in for an advertised special they would conveniently be out of stock. Plus, the store on 17th in Costa Mesa felt crowded and dirty.
App does not work
Its been months since I reinstalled the app. I kept bumping into errors where the app would crash and close. Recently, a cashier at one of my Vons recommended I scan the QR code on my receipt for savings. I got promoted to install the Vons app again, which I did but the app crashed immediately. The app doesn’t work and should be revised and updated to prevent all these crashes. I’m unable to use it all.
Since the app crashes I’m unable to get to the help section.
