Great grocery store
I love shopping at Vons especially when they have good sale prices. Never too long of a wait for checkout. Produce and meat are always fresh. I get wonderful customer service. We have lived around Imperial Beach for over 35 years and this Vons has always been there. Some of their workers have been there for years too. Never really had a bad experience here personally so I was shocked about the stabbing but there is a homeless problem around that area. Still going to shop here!

Good list of deals but unstable. App loads very slow and most times not at all. You need to reload.

I enjoy Von’s for a great functional app and for their great pricing. I just wished the coupons provided would last longer until they expire.
Improvement not so much
Not good. Search bar does not work any more. It keeps saying no internet connection even though there is. For me the app is pretty much useless if I can’t search for what I need.

Nathan’s hotdogs
For 4th of July Nathan’s hotdogs were on sale on 07/03/26. Regular price of $8.99. The price that I paid was 7.99. A sale price in the store was much lower. I could not get the much lower price to work on my phone. Sometimes it works at the checkout. Not this time. Please make it easier to get the lowest price or don’t put the lowest price on the item.

Not very intiitive
The flow of the UI isn't very intuitive. Seems overly complicated, trying to do too many things. I don't need to actually shop in the app, bit I have to wade through all the shopping features just to clip digital coupons.
And speaking of coupons, the ability to clip a coupon by scanning the price tag on the shelf? Good idea, and it would be very convenient -- if it worked more than 20% of the time. I usually have to go manually search when I want to find a coupon, even with the barcode right there in front of me.
