worst app ever!
this is the worst and buggiest app i've seen
Frequent glitches
The app is always crashing and giving cryptic errors like saying “no email provided” when I have clearly entered my email. Support is slow to respond to me, which adds up to a really frustrating experience for an app I need to use to get into my office.
Navigation needs work
I find the app confusing to navigate, it is not user friendly or intuitive.
Doesn’t Work
Screen completely blank when I login so I cannot access. Really disappointing since no one at the building can fix and you need the App to access other building amenities.
Mobile Pass Broke
Mobile pass is not working, which brings me to a “contact support” screen which likewise doesn’t work.
