About
Your wedding, all in one place.
VowFolio Planner is the app for the two of you planning a wedding. Everything you do here is already on par.vowfolio.com — the same guest list, the same seating chart, the same budget. Log a reply on the bus and see it on the screen at home.
THE GUEST LIST
Keep track of who is invited, who has replied, who is bringing a plus one and who needs gluten free. Send save the dates, invitations and reminders — or put a QR reply card with your printed invitations, and the guest replies in under a minute.
THE SEATING CHART
Drag the tables where they belong and seat your guests. Plus-ones always sit together. Out of ideas? The app suggests a layout that fits the number of guests.
THE BUDGET
Items with budgeted and actual amounts, subtotals per category, and an overview of the money gifts coming in.
THE CHECKLIST
Every item comes with a suggested date counted back from the wedding day, and takes you straight to where the work happens. No red deadlines — the list should be a pleasant place to tick things off.
YOUR VENDORS
Contact details, arrival times and agreements in one place. See who has confirmed, and sign the agreement in the app.
YOUR WEDDING SITE
Build the site in the app: photos, programme, maps, RSVP form, wish list and a thank-you at the end. Publish when you are ready.
GUEST PHOTOS
Guests scan a QR code and upload photos and videos straight to you. You decide whether they appear right away or after your approval.
YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER
If your photographer uses VowFolio, your wedding is linked automatically. The plan for the day, the messages, the contract and the gallery all live in the app.
The app is in Norwegian and English. Accounts are created at par.vowfolio.com.

You’ll now get a heads-up the moment your photographer writes to you, or when we reply to a question you’ve sent us. No more opening the app just to check. We’ve also polished lots of small things, so everything feels a little easier.
