Inhalt gut App mäßig
Die Inhalte sind informativ und kurzweilig. Jedoch kann die App nicht im Hintergrund verwendet werden. Wenn das Telefon gesperrt wird schließt sich die App nach etwa 30 Sekunden automatisch. Ganz offensichtlich ein Programmierfehler. Sehr nervig.
Nonfuctional
This app is nonfunctional and it’s contents. Will not download in my selected language. I have reached out to customer service for over a week. Complete waste of time and money.

Don’t bother with this.
The app constantly crashed; the option to pick a language for the audio download was a blank screen. Useless app that detracts from the experience rather than enriching it.
Absolute Garbage
We downloaded for our trip to Rome and the booking ID is not accepted.
Downloaded PopGuide and it works great.
Asked BigBusTours who sole me the booking ID and no resolution or refund.

4 billets audio guide payés pour le pantheon à Rome et ça ne fonctionne pas …..à ne pas prendre,plutôt payer des audio guide sur place…..

App Stability issues
I downloaded this app to do a tour of the Academia Gallery in Florence. However, after paying for the tour, the app constantly froze and I was not able to access it.
Login issue
The QR code is not working, no option for the login and password.
Unusable
Audio volume level keeps dropping randomly. I have the full offline download and I’m using the app with the phone speaker as I don’t have headphones with me. Simply not fit for purpose.

estoy ahora mismo en el coliseo romano y al intentar utilizar el audio guía digital y seguir las instrucciones que ellos mismos ofrecen, me dice la app que el código es inválido. Estafa total. al final, he visitado el Coliseo y no he entendido nada. Dinero tirado.

The audioguide is not audio but just text to read as most of the point of interests are not working u just get the text and the pics
I put one star as the staff helped me after to re-upload the audioguide after the first crashed
I used an iPhone 14 Pro and the crash happened with 2 different audio guides and lite or fully downloaded version of audioguide so the problem is not from my phone

Funktioniert nicht
Hab 8€ für eine Guided Tour in Toronto bezahlt. Die Tour und Map konnte nicht geladen werden. Nicht im W-Lan und nicht mit Mobilen Daten.

An absolute waste
Used this app for an audio tour of St Peter’s Basilica. The guides associated with Vox City were kind and welcoming but that’s where it ends. The app, when it actually was working, would constantly freeze or get stuck on screens I couldn’t leave. Other times it would just crash out and require a restart. Within 10 minutes of using it, I ended up just closing it and using a standard guidebook. Thankfully the VC tour wasn’t much more than ticket price for the dome but I definitely wouldn’t opt to try it again.
