Poor customer service

Payed my subscription and now app doesn’t update RNSs which is important, tried contacting customer support 6-7 times but they haven’t returned my concerns so all in all very poor, and unfortunately will have to go back to LSE. When it was working was great but over 2weeeks with no RNS info is very poor
