Unreliable
When it works, it’s great. When it doesn’t work, you don’t get messages, things don’t download, and there’s no way to correct the issue to hear the message.
Messages not loading
I love it when this app works correctly but lately I’m getting messages that won’t fully load. I can see there’s a 10 minute message but can only listen to the first 2 minutes. Sometimes it resolves quickly but many times it takes a day or two.
Best app for chatting ever
Much better then the apple voice message as on Voxer you can listen to the other person take real time(not wait for them to send) and reply when done or pause there talking and send a message first then listen to there messages after. But the last update is terrible, slow and extremely glitchy.

So many uses
Any use, you can imagination with this user-friendly creation. I have found it to be incredibly productive for so many uses everything from personal to business communication. It makes the process fast and pleasant. I’m a productivity expert and have sampled many such apps. For functionality and practicality this one is in a league by itself. Thank you, Voxer for your great tool.

It’s okay.
I use this app to talk to my friend, it’s good for that but they unnecessarily put so many basic features like group chat owners and deleting messages behind a MONTHLY subscription. they don’t even have a call feature either and my messages get stuck on sent instead of delivered like a quarter of the time

Latest Update Ruined Voxer
As a Voxer Pro user of over 10 years, I can say this latest update is easily the worst and most detrimental update to this app I have ever seen. The message playback button appears constantly over the message. The app itself is really laggy. And unresponsive. The options to relocate the button are completely useless as the button is just simply stuck on the right corner of the page and while listening to messages, the app is constantly forced closing, and I have to start my message all over again.

Paid app- constant bugs
Love this app and all it can do, have used for a decade, but it has become nearly unusable. The bugs! Messages don’t download, you go to open a specific chat and it opens a random one. I lose about 65% of messages now. And no android auto or CarPlay app? Come on.
Passwords are going away. Verify your phone number to login.
What is going to happen when the passwords go away and we only have home phones not cell phones to verify the account?
Very glitchy for almost a decade
Have been using this app for about 7 years and I’m surprised the same glitches remain a problem year after year. Messages say sent on the senders end and don’t show on the receivers side. This is super problematic when someone is leaving an hours worth of messages. Sometimes I’ll click on a profile to send a message, and it opens up someone else in my lists chat. If sending information you don’t want shared between different people, this can be pretty significant. Sometimes message shows recording but then when you stop, it disappears. I’d love to switch from this app to something more reliable, but I’ve been using it for so long it’s not ideal to just switch.

Such a fab concept but SO GLITCHY
This app is my favorite for maintaining relationships with long distance friends. I use it literally every day. But it’s so dang glitchy. I don’t know how many times my friends and I have hit the button and talked for several minutes only to find it didn’t actually record…I routinely have to hit the button twice for it to actually start recording. It’s the best concept ever but the tech end needs some help.

Used To Be Good
I use this app for my business to communicate with employees when a call isn’t needed. It used to be great but it has become a glitchy mess. Messages only partially upload and notifications can come hours or days later. Not reliable enough to use any longer.
Awful when using Bluetooth.
I use this app everyday and enjoy it but it is HORRIBLE when you are connected to Bluetooth and try to switch it to your phone. There has to be a way to make that better.

Let’s be clear… I have used Voxer so long that I genuinely don’t even remember when I started using it. I know it was at least six iPhones ago..
I’ve always paid for the pro version because I use it with clients, with dear friends, with family, and I’ll send myself notes constantly.
But then they introduced the stupid AI feature… Which, as an avid AI user and tech person I don’t understand why. It feels a little bit more like a money grab than a necessity or a functioning addition. Because in addition to that, now I can no longer share the app without giving full access to all of my contacts and that’s unnecessary and frankly quite intrusive.
I hope I can continue to use this app for the next decade… But I’ll be honest I’m also starting to search and see if there is an app that is this simple, this straightforward, and this easy to use in case Voxer decides their base product that everybody has loved for so long is no longer what they’re going to put out… because AI is not necessary in every single situation.

My favorite messaging app esp for business BUT…..
I have used Voxer as my preferred messaging app for years and chose to go Pro. I love the extra features especially Ai summaries. I especially appreciate the private chat option but has not worked well, depending on the other party to the messages. Please improve private chats, so important when our business demands confidentiality dealing with our clients,

Why can’t I hear anything even on speaker mode now? It’s SO quiet. I’ll never understand why developers will go from having a perfectly functional app to then breaking it with updates.
