Great concept poor execution!
About half of my notes do not download. I contacted technical support.
Their only recommendation was to delete and reinstall the app. I now have to do that every day or two. Even after reinstalling, about half my notes still do not save.
I have spoken with several other users who report the same issues. Android appears to perform slightly better, but the problem exists across platforms.
The concept is solid. The execution is not.
In its current state, the app is unreliable and difficult to use.
This could be a game changing CRM but it currently a dud!

Constant issues
Poorly conceived and coded SFA tool. Far from CRM capable, the software designers apparently didn’t even consult with salespeople to understand proper sales flow, dependencies, or even layout to reduce time to enter data. With the recent update now more steps are required than before requiring multiple clicks to access records.

Game Changer!!
Best sales tool by far!! Easy to use out in the field and the AI-driven voice notes give me the ability to make reminders on the go so nothing ever slips through the cracks! 5 stars!
Can’t establish account
Download app. When I open it sends to sign-in page but no where to create account.
Solid - liking some of the new features I’m asked to use
Easy for me to keep everyone on the same page with customers. I don’t like to spend time on this but appreciate getting things in order.
Terrible under new ownership
Frequent glitches and failures, location inaccuracy and notes failing to upload. Used to be an excellent product with the original owner being focused on continuous improvement. That is no longer the case, and our productivity is taking a hit as a result. Writing this review after the app kicked me out for the 3rd time today, and now won’t move past the syncing data screen. This has been an ongoing struggle and it’s only getting worse.

Terrible after Voze buyout
The guy that created telenotes had a very good product. The notes were dictated by real people, the platform was pretty reliable, Looks pretty easy to navigate through your notes and schedules.
Now after it became Voze, The changes that were made to make operations cheaper are blatantly obvious. AI is used to dictate call notes, with plenty of misspellings, wrong grammar, and completely wrong words. Sometimes, there are call notes from completely different companies and completely different sales people that have notes for one of our customers.
And not to mention the server constantly crashing, lost call notes, And about 20% of my call notes I have to redo because they just never show up.

Really Helpful
App has new updates that are making it a go to
Junk
Constantly kicked off or you have to remove and download to get call notes. Slow and clunky.
Too many glitches
Recently the app only wants to work part time. Very frustrating!!

Notice: after latest update, when trying to do a call note after looking up company, it shows previous call notes and will not allow me to start recording new call note.
