This was DIABOLICAL I lost 20 DOLLARS because it would not put my password correctly then when I put forgot password it said it would send it to my email and it didn’t I hope this app becomes fixed

Terrible user experience. Requires a numeric password only, who has ever heard of that. Minimum $10 purchase and no apple or google pay support. Not worth the time to setup.
Night out spoiled. NOT EZ.
So disappointed that my favorite brewery switched games over to VPayEZ. I tried and failed to use the app. Download no problem. Create account and load credit card no issues. Then logging in and actually using the money you just authorized, IMPOSSIBLE. Tried forget password link, didn’t work. Nothing works. What a waste of my time. Kids were very disappointed.

Won’t delete account and payment data
The representatives of this app/company are non-responsive. I followed the instructions on their website about having my data deleted and my account closed and deleted. Over 30 days with no response, so there probably isn’t real support for this.

if only
the number of times i’ve tried to play pinball on machines that accept or require this app, only to have it work 0% of the time. i’d happily use an app to pay for pinball games, if only it worked
Don’t use this ap as a customer or a vendor
After trying for 20 minutes I couldn’t register for this ap. There is no way you should have me spend this much time and gather this much info to play a $.50 game. Unacceptable! Garbage! No one is playing any of the games. Many tried. This ap ruined this locations whole entertainment center.
Impossible to sign up
There is no way to create an account. No matter what information you give, they will not accept your numeric password
Signup
App has signup issues. Friend has an Android and signup complains about the numeric password. I tried from an iPhone and the same issue. Shame that the poor app means small businesses are loosing customers because no one can play their games.

Complicated and no customer service
I’ve patronized many technological arcades and this app/location combo is not user friendly. The sign up process was so frustrating and the process for using credit was so confusing that we left the arcade without using the credit we payed for.
I’ve contacted customer service several times to try to get our $20.00 refunded. They responded to my first email but didn’t respond to my subsequent three emails.
