App is crashing when I try to activate the VPN start up button. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still crashing. The app won’t start up when I press the vpn button.

Sometimes it’s tough to get a node to connect and it takes an eternity to connect or won’t at all. It seems to of calmed a little bit so I think they got more access to nodes. Fought will support about it and they blamed me, and my equipment, of course but I am an engineer and know it wasn’t me. They just overloaded their node capacity but aren’t going to admit that. Works as longmm

I’m glad to get this vpn for good
I have PIA VPN for several years, now I’ve signed up for another 3 more years. I hope they do a better job to communicate next time I’ve for support.

PIA is a very reliable service. The only issue I have is some websites (like my bank acct and sometimes my grocery store) won’t open when PIA is on. I have to turn off PIA for them to open. (I only open my bank acct when I’m on our home wifi.)
