Not Working
I paid for one month subscription but only used it for 5 minutes and then it never works again. It always says the connection to VPN servers was denied. There is no way to request refund.
Is not sending password reset email
I’ve had this app for a few years now and normally I don’t have any problems. I got a new phone downloaded the app and it does not recognize my credentials so I tried to reset the password. And it is not sending the email to my email account so I’m not resetting the password. This is very frustrating.

Great OG VPN
This is a great VPN I have been using for a really long time. Maybe more than 15 years. It’s pretty bare bones but it does give a small block of data for free and it also lets you do a lucky draw daily weekly and monthly to get more MBs.

Been using VPN express on and off for around 13 years now, all servers work fine for me, never had any issues setting up and connecting. Can even use account to setup and sign in on devices without using the app. Always Nice gaining free data from time to time with the daily/weekly/monthly draws.

Too many Bugs
I think yall need to fix your bugs I have been using it before and it works well and all of sudden I think since 2024 it stopped working once you click on the app it opens and closes by itself. It doesn’t even display. Maybe Apple should delete it from the AppStore since it’s useless and not working and I bought an unlimited subscription to use now it’s useless and my money is gone.

Can’t connect anymore
VPN was great for years, but since January 2025, I can’t use it anymore, always get a message: user authentication failed. But I can still get Rewards, so it’s the right authentication. Sent multiple emails since February and never got a reply.
Does not have update for new iOS
Tge program was working fine on my iPhone X with iOS 16 , now after i got my mew iPhone 16 with the new iOS 18 , the program (App) not working with black screen and crash

I bought a ton of minutes with this AP, but they stopped updating the app 8 years ago, so my paid unused minutes are now useless! The app is incompatible with the current releases of iOS, so it crashes every time I try to open it.

Status: Normal Quotas: 4.4GB Every time I try and connect I get the error message: “User Authentication Failed” (Was 5 Star now 0 as no contact info available no way to resolve)
