You gotta pay to use it even if you wanna just try it. Yeah I get the free 3 day trial but first you gotta pay for the subscription, I don’t wanna give you my payment information just to see if the VPN works well.

Subscribed for a monthly premium subscription, but later on it didn’t show on the application that I'm a premium subscriber. And still shows “go premium” and the connection is very slow.

Reliable and fast
Maybe the freebie lovers might be disappointed from the way the free trial is worded, thus the one star reviews, which is a shame because the VPN itself is very good. I’ve been using it for almost a year, and it has performed better than two of the biggest VPNs in the market- Surfshark and NordVPN. Always quite fast and never had any problems connecting. I wish they had a Mac version of this. I wouldn’t think twice about getting it for my Mac as well.

They say u have free trial 3 days, but what will happen is you should subscribe in the first time u use this app at least for 1 month which is 8$, then all the server is not working at all, no connection

Why this app is not working? I canceled my subscription and deleted the app before my trial expires because the app didn’t work, even so, I have been charged a month subscription after trial expired, and again it didn’t work

It said 3 free day trial but I’ve been charged straightaway £52.99 for a year. I’ll never use this app so it hurts. I’ve contacted the company and Apple as well but nothing, no refund at all. I’m so upset and mad about it. It’s basically a trap and a scam. Misleading information. App doesn’t even work properly. Utterly waste of money + they’re not genuine and do not care for customers otherwise they will give you free will but they don’t. Disappointed with apple as well as they refused my refund twice. £52.99 for a year gone on an app that I don’t use. Bravo.

Dishonest app
I subscribed for a 3-day free trial and then a yearly plan. Within minutes of using it, I realized that it did not work in my country. And I unsubscribed immediately (i.e. before the end of the 3-day free trial). But I still got charged for the year even though I had selected the 3-day free trial option.
