Afterwards, the app processed two unauthorized card charges. I disputed it, but they only issued a partial refund for one charge (keeping a small fee) and refused to refund the second.
The app demanded proof, but even after sending timestamped video of the ride, they sided with the driver who claimed I never took the taxi at all.
The contradiction: If the app claims I never took the ride, why did they charge my card for it and refuse to return my money? They enable driver fraud, pocket unauthorized charges, and ignore hard proof. Use legitimate local options instead!
