Horrible company
Purchased a car from Vroom. Vehicle arrived with a completely shot battery. Vroom agreed to reimburse me for a battery. Purchased battery, submitted receipt, was told 7-10 business days before I would receive a check. Once the car was running, other undisclosed issues were discovered. Vroom again agreed to cover the repair costs. Take the car in for service and their payment never went through. Every service rep I’ve spoken to has provided different information and not a single piece of it has been true. I ended up paying for the repairs out of my own pocket when I have in writing they would cover them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Do research, they are being sued in Texas for their horrible business practices.

I don’t recommend them, bad experience throughout.
I bought a car from Vroom and it has been a bad experience from the beginning. First, they were having issues with the online payment system and I had to send a wire transfer that ended up being more expensive, then it took months to get the license plate and since we couldn’t get a temporary one because we exhausted the amount of temporary plates they had to rent us a car. Next, they told us the car had new tires, however one of the tires started having issues so we took it to the tire shop and they told us that the tire had an old repair that was leaking, so they definitely weren’t new and now, it’s been 8 months and we’ve had to take the car to the repair shop more than 4 times for different issues. I don’t recommend them. Save yourselves many headaches.

Registration
I have been waiting over a year for registration/license plates for car!!! First they delivered a car side swiped !! Then they exchanged it for a car that had no title and just could not be registered period for some reason !! So now they finally exchanged car for one with registration. I know cause it was sent to me with all the purchase paperwork and I signed it and sent it back. Now this is end of communication by Vroom and they will just avoid you for how ever long it takes till you sue them I guess. Apparently that’s the only way to get the deal finalized and get a license plate ! My temp plates have been expired for going on 3 months with no call or attempt by them to even get permanent license plants or even get a extension on temporary license plates. So before anyone buys from Vroom just know you will be ignored and blown off once car is delivered if you even get what’s advertised!!

DO NOT USE VROOM!!!!!
I bought a car in march, the next day the battery died and I had to buy a new one (which they did reimburse me for). It broke down a month later in April and they declined to fix the car because there was so many things wrong with it and all the parts could not be covered. My car was not picked up from Volkswagen until the beginning of this month of September. They have told me they would send me my down payment back through check and everytime I talk to a vroom associate they have a different story to tell me. I have had MULTIPLE cases opened and THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO SEND ME MY MONEY BACK. I wish I would have listened to the reviews and never went through vroom. Because of them, I will NEVER buy a car online again !

Just pick out the vehicle your interested in and go on a fast process from there!!! I’ll be like a kid in a candy store again once I receive my new vehicle I’ve purchased with this great company.
