Not worth it
I bought this device and downloaded this app while the service is this issue as loading issues error issues, connection issues, constantly having issues. I finally regret buying them, but I already set a stone. I bought two cameras and added it to this app because I was supposed to do, but it feels like the application is like made in China so it lacks unique quality to produce clarity and picture frames. It also blurred detection isn’t as good it does have a light that turns on and controlling seem fine but there’s a lot of loading issues when it comes to videos when it comes to sounds things are very slow. They’re not right away. Same time I can get up from the couch and look at it while I’m getting up but on the camera still on the couch getting up slowly so and the alerts to go off, they need to update app in this to add more features need to have more accessibility more alert settings more cost-effective ways to produce the application when using the camera so that way individual using application can find easier to process it and be user-friendly, but this application is more hard to do but it’s connection labs it’s not notifications are frequent. I need more evaluation and better software.

App keeps crashing
The screen goes white often when you pull up the app to view the camera, other than that it’s fine.
Worst app found ever
I am trying to login in my app but I am unable to do so from the very beginning. Even I tried to connect on different Internet connections.

Each time I didn’t like the loud sound I kept turning down my volume because it annoyed and loud hurt my hearing aids and gave me headaches fast. Please make sound not either loud or change the sound pairing please 🦻🦻

Disappointing since upgrade
Since they upgraded this app to new version it’s impossible to open, you open app the sign in page quickly disappears leaving just a blank screen, now I have to turn my phone off then back on to be able to sign in. Please sort this out or give advise on how to stop this happening.

Es ist schade, die Kameras funktionieren, jedoch kann ich die Überwachung, bzw. Alarm zwar aktiv schalten doch eine Funktion bleibt aus. Da ich die letzten Jahre diese nie aktiv nutzen musste kann ich nicht sagen seit wann die Funktion ohne Funktion ist, was ich sagen kann, bei Einrichtung der Kameras war die Funktion in Ordnung, dann wurde es von mir deaktiviert da ich es nicht zu den Zeitpunkt benötigte. Jetzt habe ich Überwachung die ich nicht aktivieren kann, davon gleich mal 4 Stück.

Used to love it
I’ve had this camera and app for a few years. I used to love it. Now I can’t talk to my dogs while I’m away. It just turns the screen black and doesn’t send my voice through. Yes I talk to my dogs “lay down”, “hi good boy/girl”, “NO, get out of that”, etc. it’s an important feature for me. And now my screen will lock while watching which it didn’t used to do. OLEASE UPDATE THE APP

Why it’s just black and white video/ images?
The new update makes users couldn’t setup color/ daylight mode and so on. Just black anh white color the video is. Too bad

No more alarm :-(((
Since the last update no more notifications on the phone, even after rebooting,total re installing etc…nada, zero, nothing 😞 no more interest. morover the translation in french are very poor and the passwords are really a mess.

Latest update become bugs
Camera have problem to tilt up. Can only tilt down. After tilt up cannot come down already! Not only happen to one cam. All can have problem. Lousy
