Network error
Can’t even register. It keeps saying “Network is out of order,” even though my internet connection is working fine. I’m able to submit this review without any issues. The fish feeder has become useless now. I can’t register it, and I can’t even manage it manually.

Bug with WiFi Fish Feeder
There’s an issue with the time syncing with my phone to be able to program the fish feeder effectively. Because of this it doesn’t work reliably to dispense food or dispenses at random times.
App in wrong time zone
Device works in manual mode however timed settings are 12 hours off and there is no way to correct it in the app.

i mean it does the job but its really buggy and the automatic light timer for my fish tank doesnt work in the app. i can adjust the temperature and lighting from my phone tho so not bad.

Terrible
When prompt to sign in it asks for “account number/password” but when you register it asks for an email. So if you sign out you have no way to get back into your account. I’m assuming in the settings theirs an “account number” but no where in there does it mention that you need to know it to sign back in. Stupid. And to top it off you can reset the password but it doesn’t help because you still don’t have the account number

On the fish feeder Home Page there is a message saying “Don’t lack of feed” , perhaps a better English translation would be “No lack of feed” or Feed level good”.

Nach einem halben Jahr haben die App und die dazu gehörenden Geräte keine Verbindung mehr. Deshalb ist die Steuerung mit der App nicht mehr möglich. Geräte neu einlernen geht nicht da mein Passwort angeblich falsch ist.
Passwort zurücksetzen funktioniert auch nicht, ständige Fehlermeldungen. Einfach nur Schrott. Die Geräte (Futterautomaten für Aquarien) funktionieren nur noch manuell, also am Zweck vorbei, kann ich nur noch entsorgen.😠

A System / Mobile App Current Time Bug
Hi Customer Support， There is a system clock bug in this Mobile App The app that manages intelligent fish feeder does not retrieve the current time from the handset system clock. After my city changed to Daylight Saving Time from Standard Time, the app feeding schedules have been messed up. Also, there is no place insider the App displaying the current time (if it can, you can fix the bug very easily). Just remember many cities in the world change time twice a year, even though China doesn’t change time. Please help fix it at your earliest convenience.
