Great marketing, terrible products
I’ve never had a Red Sea product not break. Overpriced garbage.
Worthless and expensive
I bought two Red Sea lamps. Setting them up is a nightmare. The wi fi connection makes them actually very hard to use compared to non connected devices. Adding WiFi functionalities is not your skill Red Sea
Equipment doesn’t work with modern routers
App is great but as all new routers and 2.4ghz and 5ghz ur not able to split the connections to run the equipment and loosing connection all the times which is a pain. I now have a new sky full fibre router and none of the equipment works at all. I tried everything and nothing. I love Red Sea but there equipment should have been updated to work with all new WiFi routers.

Angler
It is so difficult to connect these lights to WiFi and then anything wrong and they lose connectivity. Worst experience I’ve had with reef lights so far and the app is not too helpful either
Unusable
This app is the worst. It constantly crashes, logs you out, and I can’t even reset my password or login with a new account. Seriously, avoid Red Sea products like the plague and save yourself future headache.
