Tank system display
When will Red Sea have a real-time system display showing all pertinent information on managing a saltwater reef tank?

For the amount of money you spend on these devices and the marketing they do about them connecting to an app, they sure make a horrible app. Tons of issues and bugs… really horrible load and sync times… even just now I needed to switch my devices to a different wi-fi, and you’d think that would be easy, but apparently not. Couldn’t find it. When to FAQs and they’re blank. Still never figured it out.

This app is glitching and inaccurate. Consideration on improving bugs over the years. Says ato is empty but it’s not. Says skimmer full but it’s not. Says theirs still supplement dosing but it’s not. Should I go on??!!!
Great marketing, terrible products
I’ve never had a Red Sea product not break. Overpriced garbage.
Worthless and expensive
I bought two Red Sea lamps. Setting them up is a nightmare. The wi fi connection makes them actually very hard to use compared to non connected devices. Adding WiFi functionalities is not your skill Red Sea
Equipment doesn’t work with modern routers
App is great but as all new routers and 2.4ghz and 5ghz ur not able to split the connections to run the equipment and loosing connection all the times which is a pain. I now have a new sky full fibre router and none of the equipment works at all. I tried everything and nothing. I love Red Sea but there equipment should have been updated to work with all new WiFi routers.

Angler
It is so difficult to connect these lights to WiFi and then anything wrong and they lose connectivity. Worst experience I’ve had with reef lights so far and the app is not too helpful either
Unusable
This app is the worst. It constantly crashes, logs you out, and I can’t even reset my password or login with a new account. Seriously, avoid Red Sea products like the plague and save yourself future headache.
Frustrating
The app is not even allowing me to sign up to program my lights very frustrating
Need better remote support
This app would be great if it worked as designed. Way too many bugs to be consistent enough to be trusted. I thought would be great for when I am out of town, the app now won’t stay on for more then 3 seconds. So, now I am not able to see or control anything. These redhead products are way too expensive expensive for the app to have this many problems!

Let’s ignore all of the six-year-old reviews that are giving this app one star. This app has come a long long way, the functionality is amazing. The controls are great. They’re constantly adding new devices and integrating them into the ReefBeat app. My only request. Is that they add native landscape support for things like iPads cause then this would be awesome and I can use an iPad to have a control panel

The best
This is the best most user friendly equipment. I am brand new to this and went all out and built myself a custom 400 plus gallon tank. All the equipment I bought is from RedSea and it’s all been top notch super user friendly and overall some really good looking stuff. Support has been great helping me to learn how to use everything. The few little issues I had they helped me fix right away. Way to go to you and your team!!!

Purchased a roller mat and a auto top off I have 150 gallon swim tank and a 65 gallon reef tank. The app is so easy to use very good quality.

Pls take out the liquid glass they are many bugs pls go back to the normal one or made a option to no use liquid glass

But that’s no good if u can’t get a hold of some one I the support group to respond to an issue
According to to their way of receiving help u submit a request and they will respond in 48 hours
Well i haven’t gotten a response in about ten days now and can’t seem to get anyone to respond
My problem is that the reef mat 1200 will not turn on and to get connected to the app
I believe it might be a hardware issue but I need the experts to tell me what needs to be done
If anyone knows how to contact a human at Red Sea please let me know on here

What a waste!
Out of the box? Nope! New leak detector is indicating and leak and box wont even attempt to connect to anything! Never even tries to find any connections.
Very frustrated and will not repeat this sale (or similar) again!
