Will never follow schedules
This lights are as good as a brick. The moment it loses wifi connectivity it won’t be able to follow schedules.
If by any reason it loses power, the Leds will stay off no matter how you set it up for days until they go back to work again. There has to be some sort of internal clock that needs Internet to sync and when its out of sync you can see that the device responds to the app because you can turno on and off the top blue “ambient” light but LEDS wont work.
Suddenly leds decide to work days later until next wifi random disconnect.
ANY OTHER LIGHT WILL BE BETTER THAN THIS

Does not connect
I bought the optibright strip for my tank and the light itself is wonderful, however, it only will connect via Bluetooth meaning I cannot set a schedule. So every night I have to go up within a close range to the tank to toggle on and off the lights. If I try to connect via WiFi it just hangs at the loading window.

Just don’t
I wish I could give this zero stars. I paid $130 for this light mostly because it was a smart device and I like that I could customize the schedule. Well the schedule doesn’t work at all for customizing blue lights and more importantly, the Bluetooth has decided to randomly stop working (after about a month) and will not reconnect. Our house is full of smart devices so I understand they aren’t perfect, but this one won’t reconnect at all even after resetting it. And there’s no place to manually turn it on and off or change the color..

It won’t connect to WiFi
I got the bio cube 14 gallon for the app and I can’t connect to the WiFi to do and of the sunrise and sunset and the cool stuff can you fix this problem
Constantly disconnects itself from wifi
I have to like entirely reset my connection to my light like once very couple weeks because it’s just incapable of staying connected to the wifi. Everytime i have to reconnect it it’s like it becomes more difficult each time
