App is awful
The hardware is fine- does the job, but the app is terrible. Constantly freezing, unable to access the controller even when right next to it in the room so not an interference issue. The interface and flexibility of programme are also lacking - expect more from a £400 investment… sort it out Maxspect!

Don’t buy a gyre cloud
This app is awful. For such a high end and expensive pump, this app is a massive disappointment. The app keeps crashing and I can’t setup a schedule. The controller constantly disconnects from the WiFi. I will never buy a gyre product again- and I hope people are luckier than me and read these reviews before dropping the $300+

Zero connection!
This is the most frustrating app ever! For the cost of the products associated with this app, there should be 80% less headaches. Trying to connect the ICV6 controller is a nightmare. When and if the controller stays connected before timing out, you then need to fight to get the products to recognize the app and connect to it, if you get them to connect you then get the fun of trying to get them to open (without timing out of course). After 5 years of this app being available, you’d think the bugs would have been figured out by now. It’s absolutely useless.
