Useless

Just loads the website in a frame. Very lazy, and not useful, approach to the app

They don’t fix reports

App is ok but doesn’t do any good. There was human feces at VTA station on the stairs everyone has to use. I reported it with pictures. Nothing was ever done about it. Three weeks later there’s a second pile of feces. Station is filled with graffiti and garbage. No wonder ridership is poor.

It just redirects to the website 😆

Why even have an app if you're just going to redirect most functionality to the website? The app hasn't offered anything not on the website.

Good & Bad

You cannot beat the cost—less than cost of gas. All the drivers are wonderful: riding over a year & the only problem was a driver who had trouble with GPS/directions—still he stayed pleasant. Bad. Even on a good day you must allot 3 hours for a 30 minute errand. Missed MD treatment last week after driver called in & driver responsible for extra was freaking out—very late. Two persons going home & I had MD appointment but VTA never prioritize. Several riders tell me VTA can literally drive by their home, but not allowed off—can drive 30 minutes after passing your home to turn around & finally be permitted off— no sense & very costly . Have been in cold 1 hour for late driver.
