I had the same sign in issue .. password was not registering even though it satisfies the criteria ..
Won’t sign in
App won’t let me sign in or change my password. Everyone else on my child’s account can access the content but as the main account holder I can not. Very frustrating it’s been weeks of me trying
Recaptcha issues
Please fix the issues with the recaptcha process. It’s impossible for people to be added to the messaging app when it’s just a black rectangle. It’s the main reason I bought a kiddi buzz and it’s incredibly frustrating.
Garbage app does not persist notifications
Missed a lot of notifications from my niece and nephew because message notifications don't persist (no notification badges). Please hire proper devs to work on the app.
