I had the same sign in issue .. password was not registering even though it satisfies the criteria ..

App won’t let me sign in or change my password. Everyone else on my child’s account can access the content but as the main account holder I can not. Very frustrating it’s been weeks of me trying
Recaptcha issues
Please fix the issues with the recaptcha process. It’s impossible for people to be added to the messaging app when it’s just a black rectangle. It’s the main reason I bought a kiddi buzz and it’s incredibly frustrating.
Garbage app does not persist notifications
Missed a lot of notifications from my niece and nephew because message notifications don't persist (no notification badges). Please hire proper devs to work on the app.

Only 1 in 5 of the messages actually go through. Very frustrating to use.
Server down for days
The server has been down for maintenance for days with no announcement or communication about when (or if) it may ever be up and running...

Never works- errors every time- says maintenance update- but never works

we were so excited to find a device to fill the gap while my child isn’t ready for a phone but too old for the other devices. this app is terrible. we haven’t been able to get kidi connect to open it’s so slow. going to have to return the vetch phone. :(
Absolutely garbage
This is ridiculous spend $120 on this phone and the app don’t even work, completely garbage keeps crashing won’t load so slow thanks for ruining my kids Christmas!!!
Why is this so terrible?
Slow to load EVERYTHING. Keeps crashing. Randomly loses contacts. Keeps repeatedly sending the same notifications over and over. And did I mention it’s slow??? Please fix this to work like an actual app rather than a middle school computer science is project. I can’t believe this is an actual product that is available for public use.

Issues
Not all stuff is working and having trouble loading the app. Was working fine two days ago and now all of a sudden all these issues. Please fix ASAP.
Can’t create password
I have met all the requirements to make a password and it still won’t let me sign up. Very disappointed.

Very very disappointed in this app, I’m so frustrated trying to sign in. I signed up tried to change the password everything it won’t let me in but it has my email registered? Bad app
The worst app ever
It will not let me get past the login section. It says you have to agree to the terms you scroll down and hit ok. To nothing will not proceed to the screen.

Can’t create an account
My daughter got this as a gift. I’ve tried 5 times to set up an account. Reset my password and I still can’t get in.
It said it would send me an email verification code and it has sent nothing both times. No where to ask questions either.

App is terrible
Messages often don’t go through, picture messaging crashes the app. I’ve had to reinstall the app several times. I don’t recommend using the messaging function.
