Cannot combine pdf . App crashes
The app crashes every time I try to use the combine pdf feature. Please fix this.
Garbage. Hasn’t worked since iOS 11 abs not updated
They haven’t updated anything on this and hasn’t worked since iOS 11. It’s quit pitiful to be honest. The scanner worked really well when first received it but now it’s just a fancy looking desk paper weight. May work using usb cable to pc. Abs can possibly use using micro sd card but this is useles and the company needs to be held liable for lost money or customers and refusal to update their garbage app.

Very frustrated that the app crashes every time I hit the combine pdf button in the app. Probably the biggest reason I bought the vuPoint scanner was to scan documents on the go. Not being able to combine individual pages into one document makes this scanner completely useless for us.

Update for iOS 11, please
Your disregard of the lurch your company has left wand and software users in is total. The App Store states that your company hasn’t updated your scanning software. Your software won’t run on iOS 11. It will and has caused a significant slowdown of my phone’s functioning. I own three of your scanners. If you don’t update your software, I tossed my money in the rubbish bin. Please let us know where you are in the process. Thank you.

Useless without iOS 11 support.
Will not work with IOS11
As soon as I installed this software it reminded me that it is 32bit and will need to be updated.
However, I called tech support and they said it will never be updated.
As I want to use this with my iPad and iPhone, and not with a laptop or connect the memory card to my iPad.
So basically the software is useless and so is the wand.

Needs update
I use to use this scanner all the time to send pics and PDF's to Evernote but since the last update ios 10 for IPad it is no longer compatible can not use the "open in" button
