the company and they quickly
responded with an answer which
fixed my issue. As stated it was a
user issue so it was fixed instantly. I
would suggest these locks to all of
my friends and family. I love the
different styles of access so you
don't always have to give your
private code to everyone.

Amazing App!!
Great app. Really easy to navigate; one of the easiest app to use for smart locks. So easy to create profiles, assign codes, fingerprints and lock and unlock your door. It even tells you the % of your device battery. Definitely recommend it 100%

I absolutely love this smart lock! It was incredibly easy to set up both the passcode and fingerprint access. I downloaded this app to setup my Smart Lock and it works great.
Not only that but the customer support has been really, really good, but it is all done through email. I highly recommend this app for managing a smart lock.

Amazing product for the price.
I do have to admit I’ve installed door locks before, but this was a very easy process to install. The app helps you step-by-step on setting up the key card and the fingerprint for the price of this smart lock. I am really impressed by all the features.

I reached out to VV SMART customer support they emailed me back pretty quick with some troubleshooting info. I also reached out to the seller and they were so nice and mailed me a replacement overnight delivery. I installed my new door bell and I absolutely love it! It amazing! Love this lock especially with elderly parents it automatically locks.
