I do have to admit I’ve installed door locks before, but this was a very easy process to install. The app helps you step-by-step on setting up the key card and the fingerprint for the price of this smart lock. I am really impressed by all the features.

I reached out to VV SMART customer support they emailed me back pretty quick with some troubleshooting info. I also reached out to the seller and they were so nice and mailed me a replacement overnight delivery. I installed my new door bell and I absolutely love it! It amazing!
