VVTA AccessLink Rides
You have to wait hours for a ride and there are barely any drivers. I’ve been waiting from 8am to now currently 11:30am and I haven’t been able to schedule a ride.
Poor network system
I have not been able to ever book a ride always says unavailable horrible system
City of Victorville does not care
I have gone to the city council and have tried to fight for the city to have better and easier transportation, but they are all yes men and they do not care about any except themselves. This might be the worst bus system in Southern California, but it’s ok because no one complains or uses it except for maybe me and I don’t know 10 - 20 people at the most. Who cares? no one.

I love the bus drivers! The app…?
The app isn’t that great. I keep getting my Address switched around, when I type in my address, another one similar pops up in its place. So now I’m left stranded with no ride home because everyone has booked up the ride due to popularity rise.
The bus drivers are sweet and over worked. I feel like these routes need more drivers so it’s less stressful on their health!
Also so that kids and adults can get to where they need to go because everyone deserves reliable transportation.

Booking Rides
If I’m being completely honest, this app has allowed us students to book for that following day the following week around 6 PM everyday. Instead we have to wait until the next day where rides are likely to be filled up. For each area they have 2 drivers per area which I believe they should have more because not all of us students have rides to get home. So it’s make it more difficult on us to book. Also they don’t notify us if our rides get cancelled you have to check your ride and see if it has been cancelled. I’m at the point to where I’m gonna contact the company because this is ridiculous.
