I love my car so much except one thing
It’s that nightmare infotainment system that lasts only 1 year, then when it’s updated, navigation stops working and I have to take it to the dealership where they charge me over $1000 for the whole panel to be replaced inside the glove box. Just why?!
I’ve done that twice already first one was covered by the factory warranty, but the second time, I had to pay out of pocket because it was a legit repair according to the dealership. Why is it a repair? I didn’t break anything! it’s just a map update!
I am the victim of this faulty update system of Volkswagen company because after paying for the car, why do the customers have to pay for the software updates? Raise your hand if you own an iPhone. Do you pay Apple company every time your iPhone updates? You already paid any future software updates when you purchased the phone, right?
I don’t wanna replace my car because I love my Golf Sportwagen so much because of the color because of the decor I put in because of the power of its engine because of the cute spacious hatchback
