Absolutely pointless app use the web address on a daily basis and it only gives you 2 options of region which mine isn’t on and constantly says can’t sync totally pointless app
Help! Memory seems to disappear
This app is very confusing. The calendar seems to consistently disappear, despite syncing regularly. Delete the app and reinstall which usually helps.
When setting up the ‘navigation app’ and ‘map app’ this seems to last a few days and then reverts back to default.
Having used this app for a number of years now and still seeing the same issues repeating, does anybody actually carry out any bug fixes?
Overall, far too many functions - most of which don’t work properly. This would be far better if it was simplified and actually worked properly! Quality over quantity please!!!

Doesn’t work
Sync error doesn’t allow you to sign in. Reached out to company and they never got back to me. App is useless
Login issues
Every time I try to login with my company login ID and password doesn’t work. It’s says “Error during sync, you are logged out. Could not log into server with user name please check the username and password and try again.
Simply does not work
What is the point in this app ?? . I was told by my boss I had to download verisae Mobile , I know as part of my job I have to report maintenance issues but every single time I try to log in I keep getting error sync . The app is useless to me !! I’m the only one in my branch with access so if I cannot access it when I’m away from the building no one else can . !! Perfect example I’m day off just got a call from work it appears my sprinkler system is leaking and I can’t get on to log it . Sort this out verisae !!! I’m trying to use the same log in I have for work but can’t even get on . If my branch has a fire now my building insurance would be void get your act together !! Or am I never supposed to have a day off just incase

Never download or use this app and it will save you so much time and headache by far the worse app I’ve ever used
App is unusable
Impossible to login or use even when the same login and password works on a PC.
Shockingly BAD!!!
Never have I had to use such a useless piece of kit. For a company app for getting engineers to sites it’s an absolute joke and not a funny one. Has major sync problems, freezes, skips off, submits without permission, fails to log events. Look I could go on but I haven’t got time as I am trying to get the thing to start up and sync. Useless developers should be ashamed.

Every update makes it slower
This has to be the worst developed app I have ever been unfortunate enough to have to use, I use it every day, sometimes very rarely it works but 90% of the time it hogs all my phone resources, takes forever to respond to any inputs, it’s constantly being updated but the more they add to it the slower it gets. Sometimes simpler is better, quicker and more reliable, maybe the developers need to go back to the drawing board.

This app does not work, very un reliable and does not sync regularly.I work for a large supermarket chain and wish we had stayed on verasae.Causes more problems than anything in my working day.

This is the worst thing ever.have to use it for work they are just throwing money away with this. Every update makes it even worse always crashes and drains the battery. It’s really worth -5 stars
