No login option
After update no login option in the app. How to connect the app to my device if don’t have any login option. Zero rating
IOS problems
Will not change to portrait view when the phone or iPad is rotated 90°. Problems started with IOS 16.1 update

App now intermittent and jumping in 3 second gaps so not covering areas on cameras then grey screen and trailers from moving items, very poor " downdate" needs sorting out guys !!!

Please fix this update. SimpleDDNS has gone and now the app does not work. Was perfect before. Any solutions to resolve this please...
Great App
My parents own several vacation rentals. They added this to the 5 bedroom beach house rental so we could make sure the house was not being used for teenage drinking parties. We put cameras on the driveway, front door and in the elevator. We love it so much we added a fourth camera to the roof to watch the surf.
The app is easy to use. I am able to use it from anywhere to make sure the people checking into the home look like their photo ID.

Hiddns ne fonctionne pas
Depuis la mise à jour de Janvier 2017 l'appli ne fonctionne plus en ddns :(
Bring Back DDNS
Where is the zero star option? This was a 5 star App before th January 17 update

What have you done. Please put back the option for simpleddns. I have lost my cameras and I don't know how to configure via IP address.
Terrible App
Does not work on away/remote at all. Works fine on home network, but the purpose for having the app on my phone is to monitor remotely.
Awful
What a way to lose customers, update the app and make it so you can only use Hik Vision's DDNS - lost money on a job thanks to this. Won't be using WBOX products anymore 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Stopped working
0 stars. app stopped working as it now directs to Hiddns (hikvision) not simpleddns since update. It would be nice if they'd told us! Gonna explore other sw. App still works if you use ip direct .

Sorry to say App has stopped working since recent Jan 2017 update. Was 5 stars before this update now zero stars !! Also no customer services email to assist resolution....
Was better before this update!!
5 star before, now turned into 2 star: Because app now slower to load cameras, and stays on (fluent) mode, doesn't let me change to (clear) camera mode. When trying, the modes are blank / dull not like before when indicates as red.
And crash
App crashes when you press the "Picture & Video" option. Other than that works okay.
