Food is great but terrible app
So hard to use this app and all the payment methods are buggy, payment deducted but not processed in the app!
Worst app ever used
Money is stuck inside the app and the app cannot load. It’s a scam! Very bad UX on this app. Displayed items isn’t clear and put can put in money but have no option to take it out. Don’t make mistake I did putting money into the app.

Stop the spam — fix your SMS system!
I receive unwanted SMS messages from this app almost every other day, which only pushes me further away from buying your coffee. I tried looking for an opt-out option in the app — nothing. Then I deleted my account hoping the messages would stop. But they didn’t.
Now I can’t even log back in to manage anything, and I’m still receiving SMS. This is unacceptable.
You need to fix your system immediately and give users a clear way to opt out of promotional messages. Until then, every unwanted SMS you send will be met with another negative review. Stop ignoring user feedback.
if you don’t stop harassing me with these spam SMS immediately from W Cafe, i will report you at MCMC and for violation of my PDPA rights, and i will go on social media to expose your unethical marketing practice!!!

The app keeps going to the new customer page, am unable to log into my existin account

cant select outlet
how to use the app when cannot even select outlet. and have to select outlet first before can access the app but the select outlet part keeps loading. i asked staff and they said it’s my internet problem but it’s not. please fix this
