Issues with app
First, the food is great. The one star is a reflection of the app only. The app at times will not let you pay for the food. This time it went through without issue, but I’ve had instances when the “pay now” button would not do anything when pressed. Also, you can’t order a side of rice through the app, so I always have to order it separately when I pick up.

App is Bad!
App is poorly designed. Ordering a kids meal and half the drink options are missing. Adding notes for the restaurant is pointless as they never see them. Customizations on orders are always missed by restaurant.
Apple Pay not an option despite them saying it is an option
The title says it all. They did not accept Apple Pay despite having that as an option on the app. You have to manually enter your own credit card.
App Does Not Work
The app might be handy for the restaurant, but it is awful for the for the consumer. Forget trying to make additions, modifications, or even asking for something to be on the side; even some
regular menu items are “unavailable” on the app. Made it all the way to check-out, (sacrificing what I really wanted) where there is a button that says “ApplePay”, but good luck using it… hint: it doesn’t work.

Apple Pay
Apple Pay shows as option but does not allow you to select
Get a new programming company for this app!
The food is great, but this is the worst app I have ever used! After losing my entire order, I then had to wait 10 seconds every single time I clicked anything just for it to open a menu or add something to the car. I would never use this app again!!!! it took over 15 minutes to put in three people’s orders because it’s so slow. Love your food, find yourself a new programming company!

Doesn’t respond to anything clicked
We love brgr, but this app is horrible. Doesn’t respond when things are clicked. Slow as molasses. Can’t even get to the check out because it’s not responsive.
Not Bad
The app could be better, from a UX and functionality standpoint; sometimes it forgets my order while I’m in the middle of it, and the re-order previous order is flakey in deciding if it wants to work. Sometimes it can take a second to load between pages, and sometimes I get to the end screen before being told that they’re no longer accepting mobile orders. If you have multiple of the same item, sometimes their machine doesn’t print them all either; but they’ll make it for you ASAP or reimburse you if you point it out. The staff is always super friendly, and the food is fantastic. The app could be better, but it gets the job done. And compared to some other company apps I’ve had to deal with lately, this one is a godsend.

One of the easier apps for ordering carry out!
It works the way a “restaurant that offers carryout” app should. No opening up of a webpage, rewards work flawlessly, and the customization of menu items is intuitive and consummate.

Gift Card Failure
Bought a gift card to save a few bucks and it wouldn’t except it on my takeout order even after it was advertised to. Guess I’ll spend another half hour trying to figure it out when I pick up the food.
Works fine after a lot of hoopla
It seemed every time I thought I was done, I wasn’t. No option for Apple Pay and it also wouldn’t let me switch the kids’ drink option to a shake for extra money. Or pick anything for a drink in general.

Online ordering is problem
Difficult to place order. Repeated got error messages. Unable to customize sandwiches thru website - only possible to type a message at the end.
