Cannot easily modify menu items
I love app ordering for points programs and clarity of passing a phone around the room to get everyone’s order straight and not call in over restaurant noise. Would love an app update to be able to withhold standard ingredients or ask for them on the side.

Issues with app
First, the food is great. The one star is a reflection of the app only. The app at times will not let you pay for the food. This time it went through without issue, but I’ve had instances when the “pay now” button would not do anything when pressed. Also, you can’t order a side of rice through the app, so I always have to order it separately when I pick up.

App is Bad!
App is poorly designed. Ordering a kids meal and half the drink options are missing. Adding notes for the restaurant is pointless as they never see them. Customizations on orders are always missed by restaurant.
