Downloaded the app as it looked like a good bank alternative but they disabled their sign up and are not accepting new customers.
Came here to look at reviews and can see most are complaining about getting scammed.

They are Bankrupt - Customer Service Absent
They stopped replying to any customer service help requests for over 1 month now. Money is locked there = stolen. They removed virtual or physical card option for anyone now too. No access to your own money. They are bankrupt and closing and hiding it- customer service won’t even reply to messages since a month ago. Protect your money- go elsewhere.

Do not open an account with them. My friend sent me money they haven’t credited it into my account and I’ve emailed them numerous times still no reply. They are scammers

Claims anybody can you send you money, yet they’ve rejected 2 incoming transfers owed from friends and family. What’s the point in a bank if all your money gets rejected.

Transactions takes 5+ hours and they ask for proof after every transaction even if your sending to yourself very inconvenient and the app is slow

This bank are scammers. If someone sends you money they will not put it in your account for days, although they have received it. Then they just close your account and your left with nothing.

Had £100 sent over to me by a friend. I used £50 (good job I did) 2 hours later my account just disappeared I messaged in the live chat and got told it was a (technical issue) next thing they said was that it was a mistake and my account and balance would be back to normal in 2 hours 😂 I said I’m not bothered about the £50. unless you want 2 minutes to spend all the money you have in the account without them taking the cash just don’t download the app wasting your own time and money. worst mobile banking app I’ve ever heard of. definitely wouldn’t recommend if I could give 0 stars it wouldn’t have any 😂

Worst bank ever !!!! Dont download it!!!
Just about 5mins ago i got my “TRANSFER” as “FAILED”. I have texted in live chat to W1TTY and they said its a technical issue they are just at to fix it. After they sent me this message i got a notification from the banking app saying “YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED”😂😂😂And they have logged me out. Do not download this app as they are going to steal your money all of these banking apps are scams! And you cant even report them. Be careful people
