Worst Ever
I have used bad apps before but this is the worst. Constant errors. I am in US but says Singapore. Who ever is programming this. Fire them now. If I could give no stars I would. Please fix. This company, in my opinion, can’t care about customers to have something this bad out there. Constant ERRORS

Ridiculous process to pay for an order
I had to register for the website I was ordering from, add my payment info, then register for waave, then add my payment info again. The way the transaction played out totally made me feel like I was being scammed just because of how weird the process is. Now I’m looking to remove my payment method so I don’t have my card number in so many places and I can’t figure out how, I’m guessing I have to download this app in order to get this done. If App Store devs are reading this, this company is forcing people to download their app in order to remove payment methods that were added outside of the app.

Love the cashback
The app got easier to use with a way to just pay a vendor whatever my bill is.
And I am enjoying the cashback I get which works for me cause I do go to the same place a lot. Yayyy!

Bad user engagement
I went to purchase tickets to a show. I didn’t want to install this app nor was I interested in Waave. But, my ticket confirmation email stated my receipt is not valid for entry nor is there an attached ticket — as most user-friendly apps / products would provide.
Instead, in order to get entry to the venue, I need to install this Waave app to show the ticket I purchased. Ridiculous. It’s added time to setup, install, login, and use for an app I didn’t want.
To force customers to install an app is a lousy way of engaging people to your product and brand. It also speaks to the little confidence in the product value to users. Shady product.

Hello. We are sorry you feel this way. Asking you to install your app is in no way trying to be shady is a way to help the event operate smoothly. With WAAVE tickets there is no need for QR codes by showing your in app ticket at the door the organiser can close the ticket with 2 taps always ensuring the actual guest is present. Easy to use and merchant friendly...
Great app; works exactly as intended. Very easy to order multiple items and customize each one different.
Hope to see the merchant network continue growing, and a few less notifications would be nice. Keep up the great work!

Super useful app
WAAVE is really useful and takes away a lot of hassle! You can order and pay from my table and don’t have to wait to get the attention of a staff member, and skip the queue in line for events. The best thing is having no more need to worry about splitting bills or running out of cash.
Handy app, saves time and money!!
What a great app! I can order my drinks and/or food without leaving my table and missing all the fun being had with my friends! I don't need to queue at the bar and wait for my card to be returned or my change! And if I've forgotten to buy my friend a birthday present I can always just send them a drink!! Love it!

Took something that isn't broken, and made it worse.
This new app "Waave" has really disrupted the drinks ordering scene.
Instead of flagging a waiter and ordering a drink like a mug, it's super simple:
1. Connect to wifi
2. Search App Store for the app
3. Download app
4. Sign up with Facebook
5. Log in and authenticate with Facebook
6. Back to the app and (see attached)
7. Go to settings and enable location services
8. Go back to the app and find the bar you're at
9. Add drinks to your basket
10. Go to check out and be prompted to add payment details
11. Spend 5 minutes using the "Scan Credit Card" feature
12. Doesn't work... enter card details manually
13. Spend 5 minutes finding your table number
14. Confirm your order.
15. Wait 25 minutes.
16. Flag down a waiter, ask the status of your order.
17. They've no idea
18. Log back into the app, try to cancel the order.
19. Cannot cancel.

Such a fun App and a great idea
This is social networking at its best. Its an app that just gets it. When you go out you see so many people of other social networking sites seeing what their friends are doing, finally there is an app that gets you to mingle and meet the people who are around you. Im sure this is gonna be a huge hit and I can' wait to meet a lot of new people and have fun using it. BMD let me buy you a drink!!!! The new version is just awesome. New ver still does not fix sign up problem
Reported problem with Facebook on last version. Still does not let me sign up/in with Facebook thus still cannot use app
