App si not working for me.

I registered WhatsApp got the code but WhatsApp was asking for pin which means the number is login in someone else’s phone and they’ve secured it… don’t get this app

I am yet to get a code for WhatsApp business I bought an Australian number from the wabi app and each time I try to log in the number to my WhatsApp business it says that the number is already logged in another phone and that I should a pin…it’s either you refund me or you totally logged the number from that persons phone
