Excellent app
I am a Controller for an oil and gas company and we use several different banks for the various assets we operate. This app is by far the best I have used at this point in my career for treasury management. Very user friendly. From what I understand they have made many improvements over the last few years.

Zelle doesn’t work
Only reason I signed up with this bank over a few others was because it also offered zelle which in 2025 is preferred over cash in a lot of instances. As soon as u click zelle on the app it just spins on a blank page, and then crashes the app and closes on its own. Tried so much troubleshooting and can’t get it to work.

More features than expected
Thank goodness for this app! Really helped when i was traveling and needed to approve some transfers. I didn’t realize it had all the same features of the internet / desktop version.
Unfriendly app.
I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been locked out and had to call of go to my branch. Most often the employees have no idea how to fix it and have to transfer me or have me call some one else.
I am currently locked out of the app and just give up.
