The app is absolutely incredible and Wagner is a trailblazer by being one of the first public schools in NYC to have an app.The Wagner Middle School App allows for instant communication with parents on their smartphones. Wagner can reach parents, guardians and students instantly by sending a message directly to their phone’s home screen.
Parents, guardians, students, and staff to easily add events right to their calendar using their mobile device. Parents can also contact teachers or the main office directly from their smartphones. The app’s directory allows you to quickly search for an individual staff member and click a phone number or an email button to automatically reach that person. Parents, guardians and students can benefit from targeted push notifications and gain information immediately, whether it is a special announcement, closing alert or school safety related issue.
Other app features include the app makes it easy for families to sign Field Trip Permission Slips and other forms while on-the-go, at work, home or while waiting in line at a coffee shop. Our app also provides families with a one-stop-shop for all our school’s morning announcements, newsletters, events & information.
