Smart Logger not very user friendly

It would be great if you can recommend settings for different recordings for example duration periods. A how to for the IOS- time zones, how to change password etc. It appears to be a very economical electronic device to record temperature and humidity. I purchased 3 to see if they are user friendly and I am struggling a bit to set it up. I work for a large company and I’m thinking of converting over to these units. Not sure if I am yet, I’m going to keep trying to get the hang of these units before I recommend them to my company nationwide. Thank you
