As good as it gets!
There’s a Wahlburgers food truck at a Home Depot near me and it’s a good thing because I just relocated but I would have stayed put if it wasn’t here. Okay, maybe that’s a little dramatic, I’d drive the 26 miles to my old neighborhood if I had to, but God knows my needs and they opened one at the Home Depot just about 2 miles away from my new home. God is good and I’m pretty sure this proves that He loves me! ❤️

They need more help. We we were there 20 minutes waiting for a table and the gal seemed new and didn't know how to seat 5. No manager seemed around at noon She was confused

The best on the South Shore
Best meatball sandwich I’ve had in a long time perfect consistency of cheese and sauce. The bread is out of this world with the garlic butter coating only next to mom and my wife’s cooking. This is a solid third highly recommend the sandwich to anyone who enjoys meatball sandwiches.
Terrible app
Food is good but the online app is terrible. I selected the melt and when I tried to check out I got an error that it could not validate the cart. I changed to the OFD burger and it worked except there was no option for regular tater tots. The Fiesta burger was missing from the app.
Time for an update on timing
Generally and typically the app is fabulous, easy to use and order. A very ‘frictionless’ experience. Today’s experience was not so. Apparently the app does not understand/incorporate in store orders as well. So when I placed my order - 10 minutes- nice! Reality: 38. The place was slammed due to local events. The staff were busting their butts and doing their best, respect to them. However my expectations were SO not met today.

One of my happy places!
I love Wahlburgers! It’s one of my happy places! We go to the AC one because it’s the closet one to where we live. The food is delicious the staff is friendly. I wish there was one closer because I would definitely get a job there. I love the Wahlberg Family! I met Mark and Donnie and they were both AMAZING in every way! We are Huge fans of the restaurant and the family!! I definitely recommend eating here!

Waste of time
Tried to use promo code, big pain in the butt with no result. Location we were at also didn’t do online so there was literally no way to use this very limited app. Delete.
Wahl rewards
The app used to have places where you can look at your points, add them and see what rewards you have, there’s no where to look anymore all it does is ordering food.. I miss the old way!! I don’t go to Wahlburgers that often bht when I do, it like to add points..
Disappointed
We’re from a small town in California and the next town over has a Native owned Casino, so we found out that one of the restaurants there is a Wahlburgers, we got excited and went. Everything about it was disappointing. The restaurant had a cafeteria feel, the Burgers where small and somewhat soggy and the staff was uninterested in helping anyone. The best part of the experience was the fries. I might give it another try in the future but for now I’m good.

Rewards Are Gone!
What happened to my rewards points? I can’t scan my recipe and earn points and it looks like my old points are gone! I won’t be going back!

Where is rewards section in new and ‘improved’ app update?!?! All my previous rewards are zeroed out…
They’re lying
They claim their app will give you access to their rewards program. Well, I went into their restaurant tonight and tried to use rewards that I had earned only to be told that we can’t use our earned rewards anymore and that they have apparently discontinued the program — which essentially makes the app worthless. Don’t waste your time.

Fan Girl
I’m from WV and was visiting family in the area. On the way home, we decided to stop at Wahlburger’s because, let’s just admit it, I’m a fan girl. Anyway, we had the best time.
Diane was super helpful as we had not been there before. My grandson was tired and fussy. She brought him some crayons and paper. She told us all about Wahlburgers. She said Paul was there yesterday. She told us he’s a very nice and humble guy. Sadly, although she has worked there for several years she has not met Donnie or Mark. C’mon guys! Anyway, she made us feel at home.
The food was incredible. We got the Ours Burger. I would love to have a bottle of the sauce. We’ll be back!!!

My first time going to this place. Saw it on food Network, so we figured we’d go while we were in Springfield. Ordered $75ish of food and they forgot some of it. Didn’t see we were missing anything until we got back to our hotel… Not cool guys, especially for the cost.
About the food we did get, my burger (the melt) tasted good but was really dried out and all three of the fry orders we got were soggy and only half full.
Definitely not like it was on TV. Most likely won’t be going here again!
