About

You checked. You know you checked. But did you? Wait, Did I? is a calm checklist for the moment the doubt creeps in: did I lock the door? turn off the stove? unplug the iron? Build a quick walkthrough for leaving the house, heading to bed, or closing up. As you pass each thing, tap it once. Later, when the worry hits at work or in bed, the answer is right there: all clear. MADE TO HELP YOU CHECK LESS Most reassurance apps just make re-checking easier, which tends to feed the doubt. Wait, Did I? is different. When you come back to a routine you already confirmed, it offers a short, gentle pause instead of instant reassurance, and it quietly counts every time you choose to let the uncertainty be. Little by little, the checking loosens its grip. WHAT'S INSIDE • Custom routines, in your own words • Tap once to confirm; marks clear at end of day or on your own timer • A calm "all clear" the moment everything's confirmed • A gentle pause when you come back to re-check • Progress that counts resisted urges, not checks • Ready-made templates (leaving home, bedtime, the car, and more) • Optional reminders to do your walkthrough • Calming themes PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no tracking. Everything stays on your device. Wait, Did I? is a self-help organizer, not medical treatment, and not a substitute for therapy. If checking is affecting your life, the most effective help is Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) with a licensed therapist.

What's New in Wait, Did I? (Check Less)

1.1

Unlocking Plus is more dependable. If the price is slow to arrive you now see a spinner rather than a button that does nothing, and if something goes wrong there is a clear message and a Try again, with Restore always available. The urge delay screen scrolls, so its buttons stay reachable on every size, including iPad. You can now rate Wait, Did I? from Settings, and the app will occasionally ask once you have built up a real run of resisted urges. Never during a pause, and never after checking anyway. Typing is quicker the first time you tap into a field.
