This app stop working and charged me 900. I called the number but said wrong number.
I need my subscription to end. They charged me 900+ and there’s no way to contact them. I called the number they have in their billing, the person answered, “ it’s a wrong number, stop calling me”. I need help.

Great App, but missing a feature to separate food and bar orders. Or perhaps I did not figure it out. New and open orders are hard to see when you have a lot of tables. In Android they are highlighted yellow, IOS not. A sequence how tables should be worked off would be nice. Other than that, love it.

The overall applications it’s amazing. It’s easy tu use and staff members can follow up orders avoiding mistakes.
Only thing Waiterio can improve is exporting a detailer report, to track sales by product per month.

Keeps crashing
When taking orders they just disappear and have to start over. Very stressful when I have to input orders over and over 3 times. Everything else works just fine

Great but could be better
I love this app, but unfortunately it’s missing a few features that have me looking elsewhere for a new app to use. I have a pickup/delivery restaurant so I don’t use the table option of this app, but I love it for taking orders to ensure I’m not forgetting anything, to make sure I get the prices/order total right, and tracking daily income. The things that I don’t like about the app is when I take an order it only lets me select a future time for up to a few hours away. I often have customers that call in their orders hours ahead of time or even the day before because I sell out fast or am super busy. I need to be able to select the correct time I need to have it ready or delivered by to keep me on track. With that being said, orders close out on their own once they’re open for so long. So this can get confusing or throw me off if I haven’t made that order yet. Don’t see why there is a cap on how far in advance I can take an order or how long a ticket stays open in the first place. Also having seat numbers on the order tickets would be great.
