Worst Customer Support EVER!
This company is a sham. Disorganized and completely inept. Do not waste your valuable time or money.
Terrible
I’ve tried to contact customer support and there is none. No phone number only email so you never get to talk to someone and they don’t even respond. They never updated my forms and I’m still getting charged monthly.
Having issues with documents
I’ve uploaded several documents and only one has been uploaded. There is no contact information anywhere on their website so I cannot talk to someone to find out what is going on. How can a company not have contact info?!?!
Absolute Zero Communication
I purchased the paid version after receiving the template for the free version and although I was paying for the service I never received my actual waiver or ANY further communication from this company. I emailed several times from different email addresses. Of course there is no office or phone number listed so I have no way of contacting them and they’re taking my money. What a joke.
